PATH Helpline is a free transportation information and referral service available to everyone in City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, Greene and Nelson. We help people find transportation options that work for them. Our focus is on assisting older adults and individuals with disabilities, we help anyone who may have difficulty driving or just doesn’t want to use a car.

Whether you need help planning a trip or finding the right transportation service, our team is here to assist. We provide personalized guidance and can help you:

• Plan a route and use public transportation with confidence
• Sign up for and schedule rides with MicroCAT or Jaunt
• Explore private transportation options when public transit isn’t suitable
• Find and connect with volunteer driver programs in your area
• Assist with Medicaid transportation
