The anticipated update to the Washington State Volunteer Driver Guidebook is available. As part of National RTAP’s Volunteer Driver Program Toolkit, this refreshed guidebook serves as a valuable national resource for communities looking to start, strengthen, or expand volunteer driver programs.
Developed with support from WSDOT, National RTAP, and the Colorado Association of Transit Agencies, the guidebook brings together practical guidance, proven best practices, and real-world lessons learned from volunteer driver programs across the country.
During the webinar session, panelists will highlight key insights, share case studies, and point participants to helpful tools and resources designed to support agencies in improving mobility and expanding access to transportation through volunteer services.
